Ecompleat ships products within South Africa only. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure orders are delivered safely and efficiently.
All orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
3–14 business days for deliveries within the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town, South Africa
14–21 business days for deliveries outside the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town, South Africa
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, supplier lead times, weather conditions, or public holidays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed
Processing times are included in the estimated delivery periods above
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

8. Damaged Parcels on Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels upon delivery.
If a parcel appears visibly damaged:
Note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery (where possible)
Contact us as soon as possible with images and order details
Damaged items will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
